We welcome group bookings at The Headlands Hotel.
Whether you're a golf party, bowling club, or a larger family group celebrating a special occasion, we offer flexible, bespoke arrangements — including the option for exclusive use of the hotel (subject to a minimum number of rooms).
Evening meals, entertainment, and itinerary planning can all be tailored to suit your group.
Please note: We do not accept stag, hen, or party-style groups, and we’re unable to accommodate school or college group bookings.

Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, family get-together or a thoughtful funeral tea, The Headlands offers a warm, welcoming setting for up to 30 guests in our spacious bar and dining room—both with views towards Scarborough Castle and the sea. No disco lights—just chilled vibes, good food, and genuine Yorkshire hospitality.
We’re fully licensed and can arrange live acoustic music, featuring talented local artists who bring a gentle, soulful touch to your occasion. Bespoke catering is available, from hearty pub grub to hand-prepared buffets tailored to your event.
