A newly refreshed bar with soft lighting, vintage advertising touches, and a warm Scarborough soul. Fresh carpets and new furniture bring comfort, while our Wall of Legends — over 50 original theatre posters and pieces of local history — adds a nostalgic glow that sparks memories of Scarborough nights gone by.
Evening Menu: Freshly Cooked, Yorkshire Warmth
We serve freshly prepared evening meals Monday to Saturday, offering a selection of comforting favourites — locally sourced pies, our butcher’s burgers and bangers, hand‑topped pizzas, golden crispy Whitby scampi and a selection of lighter bites for sharing, along with weekend specials.
Heading across the road to Scarborough Open Air Theatre? We offer earlier pre‑concert dining for all gigs, including Sundays when there’s a show.

We’re bringing back that classic Scarborough B&B feeling — fully licensed, serving good honest food, and with a bar that’s once again the heart of our reimagined traditions. After dinner, settle in with a well‑kept draught beer, a glass of wine or your favourite spirit and let the evening slow. Guests chat about their day, dip into our retro board games or enjoy the music as the room unwinds. It’s a warm, easy space where familiar faces spark memories and the Headlands charm does the rest.
